- All Sales Are Final: Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds are allowed.

- Weather Policy: Cruises operate in most weather conditions. In case of severe weather, the cruise may be rescheduled; no refunds are issued for weather-related changes.
- Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in a missed cruise without a refund.
- Identification Requirement: You should keep valid ID or passport must be presented at check-in for verification.
- Child Policy: Children under 3 years can join for free but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Dress Code: Smart casual attire is required.
- Force Majeure: The operator is not liable for cancellations or schedule disruptions caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters or strikes.
- Safety Regulations: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew throughout the cruise.
- Special Requests: Dietary preferences or special requests must be communicated at least 48 hours before the cruise.
- No Outside Food or Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted on board.

- Seating Arrangements: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless specified otherwise in the booking confirmation.We offer bookings by deck, with options for the upper and lower sections to suit your preference.
- Photography and Videography: Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. Commercial shoots require prior approval.
- Health & Safety: Guests with serious medical conditions or mobility issues must inform the operator in advance to make necessary arrangements.
- Alcohol Consumption: Alcoholic beverages are permitted only for guests aged 21 and above. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
