Booking Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
• Non-Transferable Tickets: Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another individual.
• Weather Policy: Cruises operate in most weather conditions. In case of severe weather, the cruise may be rescheduled; no refunds are issued for weather-related changes.
• Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in a missed cruise without a refund.
• Identification Requirement: You should keep valid ID or passport must be presented at check-in for verification.
• Child Policy: Children under 3 years can join for free but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Dress Code: Smart casual attire is required. 
• Force Majeure: The operator is not liable for cancellations or schedule disruptions caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters or strikes.
• Safety Regulations: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew throughout the cruise.
• Special Requests: Dietary preferences or special requests must be communicated at least 48 hours before the cruise.
• No Outside Food or Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted on board.
• Payment Policy: Full payment or partial  is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Seating Arrangements: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless specified otherwise in the booking confirmation. We offer bookings by deck, with options for the upper and lower sections to suit your preference.
• Photography and Videography: Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. Commercial shoots require prior approval.
• Health & Safety: Guests with serious medical conditions or mobility issues must inform the operator in advance to make necessary arrangements.
• Alcohol Consumption: Alcoholic beverages are permitted only for guests aged 21 and above. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
• Complaints and Feedback: Any feedback or complaints must be reported immediately to the onboard crew or emailed to booking@premiumdhowcruise.com

Cancellation Policy

 For New Year bookings, cancellations are allowed up to 14 days prior to the New Year Eve.

Seating

You can choose the deck of the yacht at the time of booking. Each Cruise has an upper deck and a lower deck. Upper Decks are Open Air and Ideal for Sightseeings. Upper Decks are safe for kids and elderly guests.  

Seating is arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. Premium and Luxury packages have reserved seating options. 

Table Reservation

Table reservation option is available in Premium, Luxury and Business class options against premium fees.

Tickets

    Please carry a digital ticket/ WhatsApp confirmation message for verification.

    Children below the age of 3 can join for free but must be mentioned during booking.

Age Policy

    Children under 3 years: Free (notification required during booking).

    Standard ticket rates apply to everyone aged 3 and above.

    Kids above 10 years are counted as Adults.

Fireworks

    Fireworks are organized by the municipality and are subject to their jurisdiction and schedule.

Hard Drinks

Unlimited Hard Drinks packages are available on the cruises where specified in your booking option. 

Hard drinks can only be bought from the Cruise Bars located on cruise.

    The dress code for the cruise is smart casual.

    Transportation is not included unless specified in your booking option.
